Lack filters

Feels too thin and lacking filters. Not the same, we ordered before.

Dear Buenaventura,

Thank you for shopping with us again. Could you please cut the face masks and check whether indeed they are missing the middle filter layer? If yes, please kindly send a picture or video to us, and we will issue refund to you and also relate the message to our business partner EcoGuard.

The fabric being thin doesn't mean the filtration rate is low, because the technique of making the melt-blown nonwoven fabric (i.e. the middle filter layer) pretty much decides the filtration efficiency, not the thickness of fabric. A mask could consists of thick fabrics but have low filtration rate. Hope the information helps.
